I miss this old cloak effect. I am not a fan at all of the new jump drive/stargate effect either. I suspect it may have been done to cut down on clientside lag.

@roder000 This is an effect that came with the graphics revamp that they did a few versions ago. It's rather old now.

@alpha9190 No, you can't. This is the warp effect, which is exactly the same as the "cloak" effect, just a little faster. This video is just for demonstration of that new effect.

From what I recall, shuttles have no slots so you can't equip a cloak. That's why I said "no" to alpha9190. But, like I said, this was years ago so I could be wrong or CCP could have changed it since I played last.

hey i have a question i have the same ship and when ever i play the ships are all pink red blue and green i think its the graphics card what should i do

I doubt the ship has anything to do with it. It does sound like a graphics problem, or perhaps you have some setting set incorrectly for your computer. You may want to try tinkering with the options in EVE (i.e. switch to classic graphics and see if it works fine, change the palette depth, etc.). Make sure you're using the newest drivers for you graphics card. Beyond that, look around the EVE forums to see if anyone else has had this problem. Can't really help you much further than that.

I think so, too. Unfortunately, during one of the updates my computer decided to not be compatible with the new graphics. Sometimes using hacked drivers sucks, but it's better than the alternative, which for me would be no computer at all since Compaq is run by Nazis and wants you to only use the OS they pre-install.

It is not a "hack". In the newest patch, the Gallente Shuttle is a golden color.
