@Slipknotyk06 Hello. The t-case is a FORD NP205. The axles are Dana 60 HP from a F-350 1997. F-250´s and 350´s have a solid axle dana 60 High Pinion. I find them in the USA.
@patov6 - That makes sense. I only had the 50HD committed to memory.
Doesn't the NP205 have a fairly tall "low range"? Like 2.88:1? What kind of axle ratios are you running?
I have a Ranger, and I wanted to build a truck with a D-44/50HD hybrid front, Sterling 9.75 rear, 5.4 triton, built AOD, doubler, divorced Atlas 3, and a Camburgh lift.
@Slipknotyk06 Hi, the NP205 is a strong but not low range t-case, so I matched it with a BW 1356 in order to hava a low low range. The axle ratio is 5.13. Luck!
@patov6 - I'd probably have to run taller axle ratios, as I'd be looking for something still able to take to the street without having horrible gas mileage. The Atlas would have a better low range, and so would the doubler. This would give me enough mechanical strength and enough torque to handle whatever I threw at the vehicle while retaining the ability to hit the street.

How'd you clock the T-case for the D-60s? If you didn't change this, where'd you find a reverse-rotation D-60?
Ford never had a truck with a D-60 front, only a TTB D-50HD, which is just as good. This appears to be the D-50HD out of a 3/4 ton.

those axles seem a little too wide for trails. the tires arent even hardley under the truck either. What are those d60's off of?

@rwppowerful1 Hi. You are right, now the wheels are 8" and not 12". Now is much better!
