This is painful for me to watch because it's sad but so, so true... a few years back when I used to do hardcore raiding pre-BC i'd have to sit there and raid 40-man Naxx 6 hours straight most nights (was in my old server's top guild), and everyone's bladder doesn't synchronize so if you have to piss during a 20+ minute long boss fight.. it was either piss your pants or grab a bottle. I'm really glad I don't play anymore, that was a fucking miserable existence in hindsight.

With the new changes in WoW you will find it to be more enjoyable in the higher lvls and especially after 15 with the neqw rewarda for random dungeons, and curse will add to that with their wide variety of addons to use!
