your general has the wrong helmet. he is supposed to be wearing the helmet that his spartans are wearing, and the spartans the helmet your general is wearing. spartan officers had helmets that went side-to-side.

@TheAznChild911 well its called greek city states. spartans are an infantry unit with the greek city states. and I think that they are already unlocked. there are videos on youtube showing how to unlock the other units that are locked.

Just one question. I tested this out in custom battle, I fought an Armored Hoplite unit with G/G upgrades against a Royal Pike unit with G/G upgrades in on medium AI just to confirm that Armored Hoplites slaughter Royal Pikes. The Royal Pikes won almost every time, and when they didn't it was close. I even went Macedon and made the AI Greece to ensure no tomfoolery, same result. What gives?

Hi, my friend! I never loose with royal pikmen vs. greek spartans or armored hoplites. Is imposible in one vs one if thei have apropriate upgrades. Armored will melt vs. pikmen. I allways kill in battle the ful upgradet spartans or armored.

I have vista and I found that downloading the pack seemed to put the spartan skin on no problems; I had problems before when I downloaded the skin directly.

did you know that on Rome total war Campaign playing with Macedonia is very hard... after about 50 years when I start play on campaign as Macedonia all my friends became enemys... like Rome, Thracia, Dacia, Pontus, and Egipt...

@kikokyle You will probably need to copy and paste the files in individually to their proper locations. That's a Vista issue with copying and pasting.

@kikokyle I'm not sure because I chose to skip upgrading to Vista, so I don't know your operating system. You could try turning off user account control in the UAC (control panel) temporarily to allow the overwrite. Google how to allow you temporary access for overwriting for your OS. Hope that helps! @KittySN I turned the UAC off. Then I went to the file and changed it. I also tried to make Macedon playable in the Campaign mode. I went to save (on both) then it told me "make sure file name and path are correct". It popped up and I made sure it was correct. Then I clicked save. It continued to come up with the same message. What do I do?

PS. I restarted the computer after turning off the UAC.

@kikokyle Try Googling what errors it tells you to find work-arounds. If it tells you Access Denied, try "Windows 7 Access Denied" for example (popular problem for most (that's the ownership/permissions help most people need). Also you might try copying the file you're editing to your desktop, editing and saving it there, then pasting it back into your directory. Once again, I don't know much about your operating system since I've never used it. You need to ask someone who knows Vista...
