I know that Q did some things, like working with Sinatra, or his first big hit was his arrangement for "It's My Party", that may seem like compromises, but overall, I think he has shown some integrity with his art, particularly in his '60s soundtracks for "The Pawnbroker" and "In the Still of the Night".
