you have to beat some levels and you can acsess him in multiplayer

same as anthony except u have to complete act 1 in gow 1 and have xbox live

You can actually see the faces of A and B Carmines. They both arent fo real and both are the same but still you can try it for fun. Pick one of the Carmines in a multiplayer round, or get someone else to pick him, if you die, spececate him and if he dies with his face up, you can carefully go examine trough his helmet.
