  • Lynn--your woodburning and paint combinations have inspired me to try that method in my artwork--of course it's not as beautiful as yours. Do you frame some of your work or burn a frame right into the wood and paint it to look like a frame? Thanks!

  • hi, thanks for your comments! I do frame some, and on the plaques, i just burn the sides to look like a frame. i also make frames of hand patina'd copper, it looks really nice

  • Incredible work! Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks!

  • hallooo, first of all your job is exceptional... and could you please expain me a little bit what tagua is, and how you can do firewriting on paper? Thanks!

  • thanks! tagua nuts are also known as palm ivory, a renewable resource from the south american rainforests. they are excellent to burn on! Pyro on paper is very easy, you just have to fool with the temp to see how hot you can burn. I usuallly burn on cold press watercolor paper.. it works great, and you can burn at a fairly high temp

  • Your work is lovely...how did you get the really dark areas (ie. in the ones in the beginning...with the horses.) ? Thanks.

  • hi, i used a propane torch on the really dark areas, they were large enough pyros to do that with.

    thanks for your lovely comment!

  • Nice work!

  • thankyou so much!

  • Your artwork is really amazing! I love the beautiful animals, dragons, and Celtic knotwork. The pretty song complements your video, too. :)
