From what I see here that scooter accelerates and runs just about like my homebrew rig with an A31 IDC (the old Inertia Dynamics model A, 28.5/31cc, reed valve, half-crank engine found on Ryobi equipment, trimmers, blowers mainly). It's a repurposed electric scooter frame, has a manual belt clutch, geared to rev about 6500 at 25mph.
What's odd is that this 62cc engine is being given what is mentioned as half throttle.
I dont understand how you people can't see the throttle cable. I zoomed in on it and everything. THERE IS NO THROTTLE CABLE BRACKET, it was zip tied in place it had way too much play and was much too flimsy to let the throttle open up more than halfway.

at WOT with the 1.25 spindle it gets to 35-36. Can't do it for very long though since it rips up the tires. It's exactly as fast as the pro60 was with the 1.25 before I put the engine on this S25.

Yeah I i figured it was you lol. Its an RS50 minarelli engine I got out of a wrecked RS50 at a police auction for $20. Its on a china ped frame with a goped front end. I'm gonna put it on an old GSR40 frame pretty soon. It is watercooled, dont know why I put aircooled down. It runs up just short of 70 with the gearing it has but it can go faster. Its a lot faster being on a 30lbs scooter vs a 200-300 pound rs50.
Trust me, you know I'm no noob to fast scooter's. RS50's run right at 63 with stock gearing a 47T sprocket on a 17" tire. I redrilled a 25T sprocket from an old honda and put that on a 10" kenda 671 tire. That ratio is almost the same and it sits around 67-68mph pegging the 12-13K redline. Its a very different world when you start messing with 6 speeds.
Unless you are who I think you are, I dont think you have any 60's. If you wanna play the racing game then I'll break out the scooter I built for my cousin and beat your 60's, its only an aircooled 49cc.....with 6 speeds.

Why is it running kinda slow? That seemed slow for a Pro60 motor on a Sport. I was thinking about turning my Tri-Power frame into a Pro60Sport but changed my mind. Nobody here will beat a Pro60 or GSR60 with any CY or Zenoah motors though, everything undder 31.5cc
It wouldnt hit its powerband effectively with such little throttle. It was really about half throttle. I had a ghetto throttle rig that wouldnt go full throttle because of the flex, it was just a ziptie mount. When the throttle was fixed(modified a CY carb mount throttle cable thing) it was much faster and would accelerate much more explosively.
Its just a small handle pole off a bigger frame. The small frames like this use longer ones. But go ahead keep being a prick i'm sure everyone loves you.

How do you mount it? You drill four fucking holes. Took me all of 5 minutes. A throttle mount is intergrated on the scooter it was originally designed for( The GOPED PRO60, check my other vids retard) so I had no cable mount on the S25 frame I used. I had the throttle cable ziptied to a hole in the frame. Back when I did this I couldnt even solder wires together. By the way the engine is a Zenoah G62 search it ya ignorant bastard.

Ok heres something unique, you keep it on a 60, get it piped, a tshk and reed ported, You wouldnt be able to go anywhere over 40 with a hardtired ped, that would just suck, keep it on the 60, the ped its made for, dont waste it on a ped where you wouldnt even be able to use its full potential, if you want a fast sport then get a GSR Sport

hey retard its not a sport motor, a sport spindle isnt even as big as the crank shaft on this thing. The 1.25 was a DDM spindle made for the pro60 for about a year, i picked up the last one years before i made this ped. Shove that up your ass.
I know the engine(Ive had 5 of them in planes) and that was really only half throttle. It had a 1.25 spindle and if it was full throttle it would have passed at 33mph, the pro60s top speed.
i HIGHLY doubt that... with the gearing on that thing, the engine would be tapping at a good 60000 RPM before it ever hit 33 mph..... may feel like 33, but it isn't.. and full throttle or not, two strokes wind out. meaning they can hit their maximum RPM (which also means top speed) and can fall out of their power band way before full throttle. you dont know what your talking about. and a 62 cc engine, bored or not will have much more of harmonic fall off after vibration.
Mercedes E320 turbocharged. Its stock form has been posted a few times in my account. The turbo form went from a 7.2 0-60 to a 5.0 on 205/60/15 tires and 5 psi...

The bolt pattern is different. I made a paper template of the bolt pattern and drilled new holes. Took 10 minutes.

Why is it running kinda slow? That seemed slow for a Pro60 motor on a Sport. I was thinking about turning my Tri-Power frame into a Pro60Sport but changed my mind. Nobody here will beat a Pro60 or GSR60 with any CY or Zenoah motors though, everything undder 31.5cc

It wouldnt hit its powerband effectively with such little throttle. It was really about half throttle. I had a ghetto throttle rig that wouldnt go full throttle because of the flex, it was just a ziptie mount. When the throttle was fixed(modified a CY carb mount throttle cable thing) it was much faster and would accelerate much more explosively.

that is a pro60 motor, look at the carb, it s a pro60carb and the only motors that have the spark plug like that is the g23lh g43 and the g62 and that def looks bigger thatn any of thoes and they dont have that style of carb....so to all you haters out there...shut up...its clearly not tunned up and in perfect runnig condition yet so stop hating

How do you mount it? You drill four fucking holes. Took me all of 5 minutes. A throttle mount is intergrated on the scooter it was originally designed for( The GOPED PRO60, check my other vids retard) so I had no cable mount on the S25 frame I used. I had the throttle cable ziptied to a hole in the frame. Back when I did this I couldnt even solder wires together. By the way the engine is a Zenoah G62 search it ya ignorant bastard.

Ok heres something unique, you keep it on a 60, get it piped, a tshk and reed ported, You wouldnt be able to go anywhere over 40 with a hardtired ped, that would just suck, keep it on the 60, the ped its made for, dont waste it on a ped where you wouldnt even be able to use its full potential, if you want a fast sport then get a GSR Sport

TS is a waste of money because no one realizes you can go to a jet ski tuner and have the same shit done for 50 bux....TS himself is a jet ski tuner. It seems no one can even change their own oil nowadays.... If i wanted a fast scooter Id get a used Bad Boy for 900-1100, advance the timing, and bore out the head. Also 40 on a spindle air tire is 40 on a sport, tire size doesnt effect speed on a directly driven drive train because it is a constant 1:1 ratio.

He uses the same milling machines as any jetski motor motor tuner, hes just the only one who openly announced he tunes gopeds...he also modify's the stock cylinders he doesnt use entirely new metal....he makes a tunable head for compression and a case reed for the small engines, not cylinders. I know what im talking about, i grew up around machine shops, you just another ddmracin surfer who learned all he knows from the internet.

I know that, He truly has skill at porting and designing truly amazing parts, I know he modifys cylinders, im not a dumbass but he also sells custom built parts like you said, Ya Im not some idiot who doesnt know shit about motors, family is in to cars, motors, anything to be built, I dont get all my knowledge from internet, I get it from hands on, practice, guess and check, trying new ideas, modifying, sure some people get knowledge from other sources, But not where i get all knowledge and exp.

hey retard its not a sport motor, a sport spindle isnt even as big as the crank shaft on this thing. The 1.25 was a DDM spindle made for the pro60 for about a year, i picked up the last one years before i made this ped. Shove that up your ass.

I know the engine(Ive had 5 of them in planes) and that was really only half throttle. It had a 1.25 spindle and if it was full throttle it would have passed at 33mph, the pro60s top speed.

i HIGHLY doubt that... with the gearing on that thing, the engine would be tapping at a good 60000 RPM before it ever hit 33 mph..... may feel like 33, but it isn't.. and full throttle or not, two strokes wind out. meaning they can hit their maximum RPM (which also means top speed) and can fall out of their power band way before full throttle. you dont know what your talking about. and a 62 cc engine, bored or not will have much more of harmonic fall off after vibration.
