looks like an educational day.

After 9 is a quick brake zone and uphill hairpin. Most people don't accelerate through turn 9 on educational /fun days as there is no prize at the end of the rainbow..

im familiar with the track. last time i checked turn 9 wasnt a straight away... im talking about between 8 and 9.

yeah.. that's what I'm talking about. AFTER turn 9 is a very short brake zone. ie;, not a lot of room.. so most novice riders, or people that are just taking it easy aren't going to go balls out down the back straight.

I'm guessing I'm more familiar with the track. ;)

Seemed to me he was accelerating between 8 and 9.. I didn't watch the entire clip. Maybe not flat out, but he was accelerating.. the mph are climbing.

I run various machines at BeaveRun. But, I haven't had a bike on the North course in years (clocked).

Last I ran was a 1:07.56 (car) on street tires. (good for 1:03-4s's with R compounds)

I've had my fair share of laps around the North track over the last 6 years.

what kind of car was it in?

ive only been there for 3 trackdays so far, its def a fun track and the back section requires balls to be taken flat-out.

my best so far was a 1:02.65 on my bike.
