This is Wu Style Tai Chi shadowboxing. Master ZhangQiXiong teaches this in Shanghai. He performs several moves in this routine, though that I have practiced with Master Yun as LHBF.

I'm sorry then, I had not realized this(your affirmation of "friendship, I mean). My next question is whether the "International Taoist Tai Chi Society" is a credible source for LHBF practice or not. Having already noticed your dedication to this art, I believe you would be able to provide me with an authoritative answer.
