UN organizations such as FAO are not creating any problems. These so called bureaucrats who have money ending up in their pockets are working for a good cause. Why don't you turn your attention onto the trillions that the US spends on arms and mindlessly invading other countries, namely Iraq. Bush admitted that Al Qaeda had no involvement with Iraq prior to the invasion.

It is also the third world fault...

if America has to blame for it bad policies, the third world has got to slap for their irresponsibility, and being easy to manipulate..
