A morning star is weapon with a spikey ball head. What you are holding is actually a flail or a morning star, both terms are correct, same goes for a mace with a spikey ball head.

@baltmatrix In all honesty, that back hinge isn't a hinge to me, simply because after a while the little nubs on the hinge slowly ware away until the back part doesn't even stay on the hinge anymore.

@baltmatrix You're not supposed to take the back off of swoop, that why he's falling apart on you, it says it in the instructions, because you'll eventually break the "hinge" that it's on, and yes, the thing you keep on ripping the back off of is a hinge.

Spada, the Grimlock gimmicks works. Rotate the hand left or right and the flames from the sword will pop out. That's how it works, unfortunately... :/

dear balt matrix i have a animated grimlock and know that with the peg and hole you have to put some force on it. Don't worry you won't break it the only problem is that its hard to get back out once you've done it.

only a few things you forgot (or not..)

1: swoop's head can be pulled out. so he has a neck.

2: grimlocks dinohead fits on the peg. just push it in. it needs a bit of force.

1: My swoop's 'neck' cannot be pulled out as it is show in the directions. Seems to be a QC issue.

2: The dinohead does not stay pegged in on mine. It's an issue of the hold being too large for the peg.
