this exp expolsion still does work, and as for other classes, i tried this on my 69 feral druid tank, it works beyond belief... you don't have to worry about mana, and as long as you spec for "Primal Fury" and "imp. Leader of the Pack"

theres a spot in howling fjord and on my prot warrior i could just keep pulling a bunch with thunder clap and shockwave and letting the gaurd guys do all the killing and i got exp for the kills, i think it was around 15k per 2 mins around there, then id have to eat food stuff

You know what does still give a lot of grind xp? the mobs near the Howling Fjord docks. The ones right outside the keep. At lvl 68 I hit 400k per hour; easily could have taken it higher.

Get a pet with tunderstomp (Worm/Gorilla) and let him pull the mobs all you have to do is keep Mend Pet up and cast a volley at certain times if your pet has genned enough threat. ;)

BTW... The key to this grind is to stay in combat the entire time! If you exit comabt and kill all the spawns then the waves will stop and you will have to resummon the spirit to start it again.

More then half of the dwarves do not give any xp when killed.... But yes it does work.... They continue to respawn and it's enough to keep you in combat the entire time... longest I was able to go was about 4 hours before I had to repair.

Be sure to carry extra shields and swords as they will break down durability fast with this grind.

I found this out day 2 after WOTLK was released and was the first in my guild to hit 74 on the same day.

You need good defense and avoidance. A shield is helpfull too.

I did this on day 2 after release with my prot paly in all raid gear and leveled from 71-75 in about a day. Never left combat during the hour plus long grinds, but then again I had 130+ % avoidance.

Once durability was below 10% I would go repair then run back and restart the spawning waves.
