This is a form of Hsin I (Hshing Yi) that Grandmaster Yu brought out of Mongolia. It is very old fashioned so when he was here I soaked up everything he left. He sent me a letter after he went back and invited me to "my family" in China but I was never in the position to go, but I still do my forms. I learned the Twisted Root broadsword, double hooks, long handled broadsword, kwon dao and all his basics besides 2 1/2 Ba hand form and another that George Xu had.
