Lou Dobbs is talking about title IV of this reform act.........From February to June 2007, the Senate went through an extensive effort to pass bipartisan, comprehensive immigration reform, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007 (S.1348), also known as the Secure Borders, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Reform Act of 2007. If passed, it would be the first such legislation in many years. After months of debate and multiple revivals of the bill, it FAILED!

I would like to point out to anyone who reads the responses - this bill was a McCain-Kennedy bill - S. 1348 and it DIED June 2007. So save your outrage for something more current! (If you read the ticker under Lou - be more outraged that gas was at $55 a barrel in March 2007 when this aired.)
