  • Why reward a weakness ? how about dismissing the weakness and looking to positive things ? thus banishing the weakness

  • I've like you. I LOVE chips, especially plain or salt and vinegar. Corn chips on occasion, but I prefer potato chips. I've never really had a sweet tooth. I don't care for cake, chocolate, ice cream, cookies or lollies (I do love licorice though).

    I joined the gym about two months ago and have been eating better. I've pretty much cut out potato chips altogether. I only eat them when I go to the movies.

  • I love chocolate. I'm not overweight so I'm not in a lot of danger, but I do gotta learn to stop eating too much at one time. I want to make sure I don't stress out my pancreas, diabetes sucks.

    Lately I have been eating ground up flax seeds every day, and this has helped a lot! I get way fewer cravings now. So to anyone out there who has a big sweet tooth, try flax seeds, it helped me a lot and will probably help you too.

  • My weakness is energy drinks, i just love them. I actually lowered my intake of energy drinks, from 2 a day(7days a week, almost 4 on sundays though), to 3 on the weekends. I made it so if i don't drink any soda, or energy drink during the week and instead drink, Green, and white tea then i can have an energy drink on the week ends.

    Do you think i am still drinking them too often? @_@

    i love to eat Cakes and cookies!!!!

    okay so i stayed away from cakes and cookies for a few months now, but then juat last week, i got so hooked, i ate cake for 4 days in a row! :( it's sp sad, now im breaking out

  • I was eating a pineapple while watching this so I didn't get the craving...

    But 20 minutes later I really wanted some lettuce (as chips) and some tomatoes ( as sauce)...

    I followed your advice....I made my weaknesses become my strenght...

  • My weakness is pretzels lol I stopped eating them and I'm watching my portions more. I've been losing a whole lot more weight! Lents a good reason to fight those urges!
