In 2004, there was some sort of fan-vote interaction (I don't understand it) where Dusty Rhodes got voted to be in charge of the creative team.

The half hour opening promos followed by some terrible womans match followed by some unforunate young wrestlers performing some hokie terrible career killing gimmicks..
