  • im 9 and been on this :)

  • i know this ride from roller coaster tycoon 2 :D

  • The part where the train reaches the tight helix for the zero G roll at 1:33 is so intense...LOVE IT! :D

  • Love this ride

  • How can such a small drop make it so fast??

  • can you hear the guy going weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee at the start lol he wasn't saying that when he got into the extreme part did he

  • wheres the drop?

  • The terrain here is amazing but I still prefer Montu and Busch Gardens, Tampa. That ride doesnt look that fun on camera but something about it just makes you get off smiling!

  • One of my fave rollercoasters!

  • @spaziPenguin Nemesis Inferno is a poor ride compared to this. This ride is one of the best in the world, and that's saying something.

  • @spaziPenguin The roller coaster IS the creature. Tentacles. The supports are the steel holding it down :)

  • ho may god crapyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • What makes this ride so good is how the terrain is shaped so that the rider, even in the queueline, is confused as to where the ride is taking you! Its also amazing how the loop isn't the first inversion like normal. Put together with the layout, it's one of the best rides ever, just wish it was at thorpe park :) The UK, thanks to creativity, also has some of the best themed rollercoasters in the world, there is always an effort put into each ride's theme, unlike some of americas parking lot sk

  • I just got home from England and I have to say this is my favorite coaster now. The theaming was amazing and the ride is incredible. I love how Nemesis uses the terrain to its advantage and the fact that this ride has a minimal first drop but achieves so much speed and G's is incredible. B&M, you should still be proud of this machine.

  • @la2lvtom did u ride oblivion and air if so what did ya think of um

  • @Punkrock3011 Oblivion was a blast, I've been on Griffon and Sheikra (at the Busch parks) many times and even though they are bigger, longer and have an inversion I found Oblivion to be more fun. looking down into the hole, getting hit by the mist, going underground... it was definately a blast. even my father rode it and had a good time. Personally I found Air boring, I understand it was one of the first B&M flyers but not much to it then again I am spoiled by my (now) #3 favorite coaster Tatsu

  • @la2lvtom No air is good cos it feels like ur a bird whos gliding and all that its just your opinion

  • This ride is one of my favourites but I think Thirteen is better this is because there's no drops as such on nemesis meaning, no air time. Many people may disagree... But my opinion may change as I'm yet to ride oblivion. :)

  • Only Nemesis Infero Disliked The Video

  • 1:26 OH MY GOD, WEEE-EH-HEEEE

  • That guy sounded like he was having the time of his life.

  • I really wish I could do this ride...I'm pretty sure it's very far from home:P. Where is this located??

  • @888HeRa888 Staffordshire mate, where do you live?

  • @Grim19931803 (i'm a girl:P). Greece...It's not that far after all

  • @888HeRa888 Haha oh my bad , and oh ok lol, come to the UK!

  • and this is why last year golden ticket rated it th 17th best steel coaster in the world. and for a 17year old ride with a treeline height restriction and about 50mph this is a lesson for most coasters in the wider world. height and speed doesnt ge u everything

  • @Deathriken Yeah but sometimes it does. Kinda Ka is a blast.

  • @lemonite1 point taken, its one of the best. but so is this, and this has CORNERS!

  • @Deathriken Yeah, lots o corners. This coaster has an awesome theme to it, definitely adds to the fun.Rides here tend to theme very poorly. For example, the new Green Lantern coaster is almost put in a parking lot.

  • @Deathriken this year I believe it came fourth!

  • @longy0151 holy shit! no way!

  • @Deathriken I think so!

  • best ride ever

  • first i was nervous when i waited in the line. when i got off it, i loved it XD

  • Back seat is the best !

  • awsome ride

  • That looks exciting.

  • i cant tell if you were screaming out of fun or pain. THATS AN OLD SCHOOL B&M INVERT

  • dont hate me but black mamna is way better... its theming is much denser and the ride is overall taller longer faster (fact).

  • @coasterboy600 Nemesisi is much, much more intense imo and btw longer and faster does not make it better

  • Nemesis is the best ride in the park followed by Rita, IMO.

  • going on that . is it like a height restriction ?

  • Does it need a paint job? Or is that the themeing?

  • OMG, tht ride looks sooo much fun!

  • Can i please just point out i went on this ride when i was 13 and i sat next to this kid who was about 9, Its not scary just realllyyyy fast :)

  • is alton towers good?

  • @jonathansaab yes if you go when the kids are at school. i went a few weeks ago and we got on the 6 big rides about 4 times each. going in the holidays is a waste of time as you get on maybe 2 rides all day. Nemisis is still probably the best although i like sonic spinball too : )

  • LMAO that guy at 1:27 who goes, "Oh my God...WHEEEEEEE!"

  • Super coaster et super vidéo, bonne qualité !!! I like the videos from themeparkreview, the quality is very good !!!

  • why dident you make a th13teen & saw video

  • Cannot believe this ride. John Wardley's greatest roller coaster creation!

  • @Rollercoaster5000 Definitely but how can the man who created Nemesis have created the abomination that is thirteen?

  • @TheWhiteKnight89 John Wardley did not create thirteen. He was a consultant. All he did was come out with a rough layout and gave the creative team advice.

  • @Rollercoaster5000 Oh my mistake, should have researched it more. I've just seen a lot of videos with John talking about Thirteen.

  • Cool ride i bet when you go upside down on them loops there scary and when you go over the water do you think that to???[iminent=CiemzlR59l2]

  • The water falls look very red in this video, yet in October 2010 as in my videos - they were pink, hope they can make it red again 'cos it's supposed to resemble blood.

  • I LOVE THIS RIDE

  • Annual Pass <3 Live In Alton Too :D

  • @dalek2412 tell all your of you inercent village to live with alton towers highish rides and noise please

  • Is this ride more intense than I305?

  • my favorite coaster of them all

  • Which one do you prefer? this one or the one at thorpe park? i prefer this one

  • One of my fav rides at Alton Towers! :)

  • I love how deceiving this coaster is. Where does all that momentum come from anyways?! :P

  • @KevRus . Its a lot of tight downward turns. Its not as fast as you thing. Like an optical illusion.

  • Great footage! how did u get the camera to stay so still and not shake?

  • @klingon911 It was mounted to the car

  • @klingon911 It's mounted to the car on a stand

  • @klingon911 It's mounted to the car on a stand.

  • Did your HD Camera die or something? It was hd for the first few shots

  • That's amazing quality Robb. Nice video.

  • I have no Dbout in saying that this is one of the Best Coasters i have ever Ridden!

  • tbh the red water is kind of corny, but amazing ride! i am just curious about how many G's this thing pulls...

  • @couldntthinkofaname4 I typically read that it pulls a maximum of 4.5 G's, though the Roller Coaster Database (rcdb dot com), which usually gives accurate statistics, says only 3 G's. I'm guessing the actual figure is closer to 4.5.

If I ever come upon a large sum of money, I'd love to travel to the UK and ride this thing! It looks fantastic!

  • @Mechum22 it also says on rcdb.com that the designer is werner stengal wich we all no isnt true its john wardley so rcdb isnt really that accurate, i wouldnt beleive whats on there and i would personaly say its around the 4g+ mark

  • @altontowersdan

John Wardley didn't actually design the track, that was done by Stengal, he designed most of the early B&Ms. John Wardley suggested the final corkscrew and thought up the whole ride conept and name. RCDB is accurate, and both those people deserve credit for designing this ride, along with the whole design team!

  • @altontowersdan Reportedly the concept for Nemesis and its aesthetic elements was created by John Wardley, but Werner Stengel handled the technical aspects of the ride's design.

  • i know this is the wrong place to ask, but what are your thoughts on six flags great adventure closing the great american scream machine?

  • @weslark2009 > I was pretty upset when I found out that the Scream Machine was gonna be tore down. The only comfort I found was knowing that I got to enjoy it so many times. I am so happy to be able to say that I got to ride all of the classic Arrow mega loopers...Shockwave, Scream Machine and Viper. They are forever in my top favorite coasters of all time.

  • @weslark2009 I never got the chance to ride the Great American Scream Machine at Six Flags Gtrat Adventure. I wish I did, but I never got the chance to. I heard that that ride really hurts you're head and really beats you up. I am really looking forward to the Green Lantern, but it seems to me like there was no effort put forth by the park to put in an awesome new ride. They just took a ride from another park and re painted and re themed it. They could have done better and made a new coaster.

  • @NYcoasters I get your point, but something needed to do with the old rusting remains of chang

  • @weslark2009 I never got the chance to ride the Great American Scream Machine at Six Flags Great Adventure. I wish I did.

  • Best Nemesis POV ever!

  • this is sooo well themed. :)

  • This is my favourite coaster in the UK!

  • Thank you soo much Robb! I never found a good onride shot from Nemesis and now you made this awesome POV. THANK YOU!

  • Which one in your opinion is better Black Mamba in Germany or this one here .

I love this red water :D

  • @megacoasterfan Nemesis is by far the better ride, IMO.

  • @robbalvey Thanks and what are the reason's?

  • @megacoasterfan I don't have any reasons...it just is! ;)

  • @robbalvey Haha okay i wanted to go there

  • @robbalvey its as simple as that!

  • @robbalvey What's better, this or montu, imo montu is so much better, taller, faster, more forceful, less unique - yes, but it does have that batwing, which is just so forceful on the back, what do you think? :)

  • @robbalvey The classical saying is that Nemesis is too intense for consecutive rides AKA two or more rides in a row! But shourley TPR gets exeptions from the rule during ERT, right????

  • @megacoasterfan > Nemesis is better b/c it uses no trim brakes thru the entire course of the coaster, the intensity lasts the entire ride. The theme of Nemesis as this beastly monster adds to its appeal too. Black Mamba is a fun ride, but there are other inverted coasters out there that are way better...Katun(Mirabilandia), Alpengeist(Busch Gardens), Montu(Busch Gardens Tampa). In my opinion anyways lol.

  • @rfgstl thanks for feedback :)

  • @megacoasterfan Shame the water is always pink now :P

  • @megacoasterfan nemesis is so good is because despite loads of coasters being faster or taller, nemesis has by far the best theming, and it is purely so intense. the helix out of the zero g roll after the lift hill pulls near 5G. it has lots of tight inversions over the scenery and walls, like the barrel roll over the station at 1:39, the stall turn after that near the rocks, the loop over the river of blood, the swinging past the van into a corkscrew etc-its just one after another- thats why.

  • went here on wednesdayy :) woop ques were shit. fastracks arnt tho :D

  • This truly is one of the most intense coasters EVER!
