I didn't see him in the parade. But I know that he usually has to get to the stage for the Awakening of Dr Fright, which is right after the parade.

the woman in the red dress at 0:17 tried messing with my mom when she was eating a pretzel, and my mom then says to her "want a piece?" LMAO it was so funny

the other girl at 0:27 in the gray dress tried and my mom then goes "I love your costume, if it fit me i would take it home" and she looked at my mom like wtf XD
