In those old daz quantity of serials used to be less but quality was at its pick i mean i have no words to describe the qualities of thoz serials AND look at the TV now. Chunati was telecast on saturday nights and it was much awaited serial, i was in school those days, there is lump in my throat and a jolt in my heart as i get nostalgic, our generation did not have many of the modern amenities of today but life was worth all its best in those days with just a single channel doordarshan, somehow doordarshan lost its charm by 1990.

Time changes brutally...what can anyone do abt it? people change over the period of time and language is bound to change. If you study clearly even the accent changes automatically. i saw the episodes of celeste on youtube and downloaded the title track using realplayer. well u cld google the serial and find the name of the lead actress and youtube the name of that actress... u will end up with the links of celeste not in english but in spanish.. i think thats the language..or may be latin. thats what i did...and it was quite some time ago. forgot the links and stuff. good luck with your search.

yeah i remember the lead guy from this show "Ramakanth" fighting for innocent people fighting for the good. Though 80s doordarshan was the only channel, it really used to bring the whole family together, you are right. Today's shows its a shame, they are breaking family values i may b wrong, but its all fake what they show. I really miss those Golden days, peaceful days, days of innocence and simplicity Sad that it vanished forever. Very nostalgic photos on your blog, Awesome!!! God Bless you.
