That was 3rd Battalion 7th Marines with 1st CEB attachments. It was a MCLC charge, basically like some have said, its a rope of about a 1000lbs of C4 designed to clear a mined route for vehicles. I would know...I was filming ;)

@liloco177 I'm not militray or anything and don't know anything for sure but I beleive it's fired with some kinda of rocket(like a RPG) but without hte gernade and the cord is DET cord basicly a cord with high explosive hope this helps and if I'm wrong about anything I'm sorrry I don't know any of this for sure
