my account just got hacked for a second time. I am not sure how it happened as too I never click on those "free game sites" or anything like that. I realized this when i noticed someone trying to change my password. But thankfully I have a gmail account setup with 2-step verification so they would need my phone in order to log in and change anything HAHA. But I still can not log in for the life of me. So i put in a support ticket. It took about 2 days to get things fixed.

I got a message from one of my "friends" that I don't talk to much, saying he needed me to join his group, and that he would give me lvl 3 metal on TF2 if I joined the group and then played TF2 with him. The link he gave me led me to a legit-looking group website in steam. When I hit "Join group", it told me to log in. I thought it was strange because I was just logged in, but I entered my info anyways. I'm still waiting for a response from steam support

Hello. on december 23/2010 i was playing when i got the message my steam account was being used in another accout. i realized i had been keylogged, got in panic and stuff. A few minutes later i was able to enter steam. i changed my steam password and got able to play again, i was very happy. My account got hacked but I'm still online and he can't get online because I am but I can't change my password or login from another computer or online because he has changed my password then I tried "Forgot my password" but to get your password sent to your email you have to have the answer to your secret question and he has changed that to. @sambafamba I wen't offline after contacting steam support and when I came back I got a message when I tried to log on to steam saying that my account credentials had expired or something so I went to my email and I had gotten an email from steam support telling me that a steam support employee had answered my question and he said that he had reset my password and told it to me and then I logged on and changed it and this was one day after I sent an email to steam support.
