This happened to me as well. After you Kill the sniper on the roof, you approach the door. Don't go in there. Go back to the place where there were tons of terrorists( the part where you crawl under the cars), and just let them follow you to Macmillan. Also, the helicopter will follow you as well (but it doesn't have any weapons, use stinger u found in church).
