@pamelapy If I lost my 90 unwanted pounds, I would dress sexy too. But since I'm fat and ugly now, I dress like a bum. And that's the truth. See, the after pictures show them appreciating themselves more, and dressing up is fun if we can look good in those clothes. Have a great day.

@pamelapy its not trashy, it's confidence and knowing that their options of dressing grew and that they can show it off to both genders, men and women. They all worked hard on it, why not?? the only ones who say other wise are those who are still overweight and who wish they could have the same options as these thinner women. Good for all of them.

honestly, i think if you are still averagely overweight, it's not hard to lose weight, even if you r too overweight once you put your mind to it, you can do it. The hardest part to me is the annoying yoyo-effect. i ve never been able to stay with the lost weight for a long time. ever!

Lapband is the way to go! It works. Depending on how you follow the program it takes 2-5 yrs to get where you want to be. I started my journey in Sept of 08. I sure don't miss the 55 lbs. I lost. I have about 60 more to go,and in 2 yrs...or less, I "will" be there!! If you are in this situation and you think gastric bypass is too severe, check into lapband. It will change your life for the better.
