This is really too hard on the neck.

If you're just starting an exercise regiment you might need to take this exercise in parts to build up neck and core muscles.

Hi, and thanks for replying. I have been practicing pilates for almost a year. I do have thoracic disc injuries, however. I am not new to working out or pilates though.
