Hard for Prescott to make 118 (after wards)? Not hard at all! That's where Prescott really belonged at that level of wrestling, though he was tough enough to beat many up at 126 other than Brands. He hurt his ankle badly but didn't quit. When not trying to stand on it, he actually rode Brands. Prescott wasn't even big for 118, yet he destroyed most at that weight class. It's usually all downhill once the best at a weight class wears down the best of a smaller weight. Watch Fadzaev vs. Monday.

Wow brands def wrecked him a good 1 fair and square but I think Prescott should have been in closer to this match then it was but after it was 6 to 2 brands was taking advantage of dumb errors jeff was makin like at 6;20

Brands was an animal. Have to give it up to Prescott too though, he was obviously outweighed and out muscled and he seems to have hurt his ankle fairly early but he kept on wrestling. He had several chances to find his way out of that match but he didn't.

Brands absolutely wore him out in every sense though

Very few of the best can go up a weight class against the best. Grey Simmons could barely beat Auble and when it mattered always cut below him. Wade Schalles was an exception. The great Russian (Belagovlov, sorry for the spelling) went up a weight against Smith. See what happens!
