Couldn't u use a Bigger fork or whisk to mix ur ingredients? U coulda knocked out 4 mins & then showed us a cooked & cut up version to see how it cooked through. Also if u used less of the condensed milk & put more of the coconut it would've been better cuz that's how the Filipinos make ther cassava cake not w/jus a spoonful of it. Nice try;)

hi.. thanks for the comments... this video I made when I first started making the cassava cake... I now only use 3 items to make it... The cassava, the coconut milk and the condensed milk... all mixed as one, and none poured over top...

Question for you.. Are you Filipion... and are you saying to use 2 cans of coconut milk and 1/2 can condensed milk...

pass on the eggs...

I now make this with just 3 items, the Cassava, the Condensed Milk, and the Coconut milk...

It's sweet tasting enough without adding all the sugar and the other items...

It you want, still add coconut or other fruit, as it does taste nice... I even made some with Jack Friut mixed in, had a taste like fruit cocktail :)

Let me know how it works for you...

Remember, just use the 3 items, you will be impressed...
