Some people have bedroom eyes naturally; it is usually determined by the shape and sleepy-dreamy half-closed appearance which makes one think of the bedroom. I think in Tom's case, he was kind of tired and without his glasses, he just seemed to fit that description. And yes, I agree with you; His gentle eyes say a lot about him as a person! :)

I know it's his lifelong profession and he's practiced and everything, but 3:01 never fails to amaze me. If the director shouted out at me, "do that line underwater!" I'd have no idea what to do. Tom doesn't complain about anything, and he's so versatile. Two hugely admirable qualities.
