Ironically, I play more solo and print & play games than I do commercial games. I think you're being a little harsh about print & play -- I'd argue many of them are more creative -- and better -- than what's on the market.
ps. Ironically, I never liked ZiMP. But zombies bore me.

Thanks for the review, Tom, I'm honored.
I'm glad you enjoyed the game, and it's especially great to hear that you enjoyed the games psychological aspects. My degree is in psychology, and I really want to make games that encourage social interactions, sometimes bickering, sometimes cooperation, but always interaction. I'm glad ZimP gave you that feeling.
I have more psychological games coming, I hope you get a chance to see those too.
@anotherelvis Thanks for asking. It depends on the game, really. There are some games that would require so much work to put together that they wouldn't work as print and play. I do have another game that is coming out as print and play soon (Guano Bomb, find it on BoardGameGeek).
i still have a ZimP in my office, i also have Wolfinstine in my pocket there. i have even designed some of my own games based on this, what i consider to be one of the most amazing games of all time. I LOVE IT!
The game is called Zombie in My Pocket because when it was in Print and Play form (And still is, technically.), all the game pieces were so small they could fit in your pocket. :) And yes, this is the actual reason.
To answer Tom's question, Zombie In My Pocket means that the original Print & Play version, just a handful of cards and tiles, could literally fit in your pocket. I kept mine on me for a while in a 2-inch by 3-inch Ziploc baggie.
Seem quite funny: Open-source dungeon crawler? =P. More zombie gaming than zombie fluxx I suppose :)

@festermaster100 The game Tom reviews isn't the print and play solo version, it's the 1-8 player version you can buy online or at your FLGS.

I dislike the slow motion dumping of components.

Thanks for taking the time to continue posting board game reviews despite being busy with your move Tom!
There is also another WW2 game based on theses mechanics from the same print and play designer called Airborne in my Pocket.

Just quickly recalling an old arcade game by the name Zombies in my Pocket. Maybe some inspiration came from it? Who knows...

It's always a good sign when you seem really excited about a game.
