cheater, lilybaeum must have got stone wall at the time you got praetorians. cus you need to get the biggest city you can get and then Gaius Marius come to your military.

and then 2 turns for one praetorian.

The turn after you get a Huge City, yes, but the reforms come to the Scipii the earliest of all the Romans. (Provided you focus on administration.)

umm i think this custom, his units are stacked....unless it just took you forever to finally take over Sicily... should really only take 15 turns tops.

It's not a custom match, he has a real general. He just used the create_unit cheat.
