  • one of the best

  • Keith Murray Classic right here....

  • this song is so hard to find in good quality that i had to buy it off itunes. I have the tape still, but what good does that do nowadays

  • GOTTA LOVE .

  • ....One of the most slept on lyricist ever!! Keith had metaphors that gave headaches.....

  • Born in '75. Nine when the first Jordans came out... ten when Run told me to throw them shits out and get shell-toe Adidas... eleven when I realized Rakim was no joke, twelve when my mind became "criminal"... fourteen when De La knocked my rowdy ass back down "3 feet", fifteen when I stole an "Apple" from this "Bum" named "Bonita", seventeen when Red showed me "how to roll a blunt", niggaz told me I was "cool like dat" when I graduated, and Alonda to me, the "The World is Yours", a year later.

  • This Muthaphucka was rappin on top of s Lexus!' a fuckin Lexus! Pure 90s Classic Shit

  • the best

  • 90's hip-hop music and culture is just raw. the elements was thriving then. bboyin was still in effect. now the shits all corny...

  • GOOD ol' DAYS

  • keth merray from newerk N.j.

  • Dammit man, shit was so simple back then. Now all these cornballs think they are doing something profound with this shit...20 Years from now people will still check for Hip Hop from the 90's...

  • oh how i miss this

  • The 90's!! Best decade ever!!

  • Pure Hip Hop and when Cat's weren't wearing tight neck V shirt's and skinny jeans!

  • i wonder if the car was waxed before the video shoot? maybe not otherwise he would of been flat on his ass a few times.

  • Straight hip hop!!!

  • Him & Redman had the same sound around 94... No wonder i liked them both...

  • i want all them niggas to fucking come back and fix hip hop!

  • U put Eminem, Drake, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne in teh middle of these cats and watch all them catch a beat down! Tha 90s, so pure...

  • "for eternity through infinity I internally .....get in ya" ......lmao!!!! speak that isshh Murray

  • the most beautifull thing in the world was 90´s Hip Hop

  • I love his voice.

  • The same sample as Big Poppa!!! Class is forever.

  • Keith Murray would eat Eminem whole & spit his bones out in under 3 minutes flat. Word is BOND!.

  • @thebestofhealth1 dawg i love hiphop i agree rap ain't now but keith murray can't touch eminem...if you mentioned kool g rap rakim or Big daddy kane then your talking my dude.

  • Just Like THAT! I get in ya

  • mmmmhhhhmmmmmmm . . . Here's the Sh#t.

  • THIS IS WHEN MTV RAPS AN RAP CITY WAS BATTELIN HARD AGAINST EACH OTHER...

  • They don't make them like this anymore!!

  • Keith Murray was sick!!! ABSOLUTE CLASSIC!

  • This is when everyone had a hockey jersey even if u didn't like the sport.....

  • See the thing is MC's now-a-daze don't seem to take hiphop very seriously. You can tell by the lyrics and (i hate this word) SWAG and the beats are just as lame. Like they in it for the fame, fortune and to get bitches. not that it's anything new but Funny how cats who are really writing don't get heard as much. The masses are dumb down by cheap ketch phrases and autotune. maybe i'm wrong but one thing i know most can agree wit me on that todays MC's could use a lesson from greats like this

  • @smoothrasin i couldnt agree more with everything you just said but one thing... I think an MC is extinct.. all we have is rappers thats the problem no meaningful MCs

  • God they can't just get this type of flow or rhyme today.

  • @MrJonnyboy08 Mainly because they just have no self-knowledge and don't keep things real and in perspective.

  • @AlienStephmother But then again that's just being part of what the world has become... change is coming, believe me.

  • God they can just get this type of flow or rhyme today.

  • So dope

  • I feel like Keith Murray was the original Canibus...especially his rhyme in the beginning b4 the beat dropped.

  • Man I LOVE Keith Murray. When I first seen him I thought he looked Vicious, yet Intelligent, and Accurate, yet loose. Even his style, He looks fly as hell! This is the dopest track everrr.

  • WHO IN THE HELL DISLIKED THIS?

  • Alot of memories...this cat is a beast on the mic..

  • Damn, Keith Murray bringing thew fiyahh! I love this LP. I really do wished I was born in the 70's, then I could of lived through the Golden Era of Hip-Hop. Rap is nohing now-a-days, and I mean nothing! I'm a part of todays youth and I realise this! I hate mainstream fuckers... Big Ups, Keith Murray!

  • The Most Beautifullest Thing in this World...Straight outta NYC 1990's True Hip Hop, Style and Flavor!

  • @BreuckelensFinest This ain't outta NYC...it's outta CENTRAL ISLIP,NY(LONG ISLAND AKA STRONG ISLAND)...just so you know son.

  • @tropicalpimp I never knew that, thanks for the correction. However I never not felt like Strong Island was separate from NYC considering Brooklyn is the beginning of Long Island and Queens is a part of LI too. Much respect and love!

  • @BreuckelensFinest geographically speaking,Queens n Brooklyn ARE on the same piece of land but L.I. has its own borders, counties, and towns. L.I. is made up of Nassau County and Suffolk County (headed East) which is where Central Islip is. Hope that helps. It's all NY but L.I. is not urban and not part of the 5 boroughs aka NYC(Brooklyn,Queen,Manhattan,Bronx,Staten Island).

  • keith murrays gonna be a family man

  • This brings back many memories! Class of 1990! Was groven to dis at BSU dances

  • this beat is siiiiiiiiiiiiccccccckkkkkkk

  • @tech4156 The funny part about it is that Erick Sermon said there was an error on the tracklisting of the album. The original version is really the remix and the remix is really the original version.

  • i love his flow, i love his vocabulary and definitely his delivery Go Keith!!!!! IT'S JUST LIKE THAT, I GET IN YA!!!!!

  • Keith was mad talented

  • Lets all understand that its 2010 and the term the word and the sounds of hip hop has been long gone,i dont listen to 95% of the BS today,im 32 and when i was a teenager in the 90s and social life revoled around hip hop and rap music, rest in peace REAL HIP HOP,early 1980s to late 1990s

  • my childhood

  • this sounds kinda dated right now, but like check out especially the second verse, he is doing what sounds obvious but that flow was like completely new and off the hook when he does it here. also note the shout out (Besides to brand nubian) of jeru tha damaga and souls of mischief. this is exemplary 90s hip hop to listen to but if you know the history and stuff its also pivotal innovate.

  • Comment removed

  • this cat was on top of the lyrical world between 94-95.

  • happen to skills like these? people tryn to reach the masses on some catchy hook ish these days....

  • He's like the Bobby Brown of Hip- Hop!

  • We really went a step back from the 90's.... Everything was better back in the 90's... music and fashion was on point.. Of course we got more technically advanced these days but I wish the music and the fashion didn't change so much..

  • @Jeffrizel1986 You ain't never lied. Hip hop used to pump me up back then. Now all it do is make me shake my head.

  • I was 14 years old when this song came out my favorite line in this song was "Stop trying to see where your eyes don't follow, Say Goodnight to the world and goodbye til tomorrow"

I will NOT be blinded by today's Rap scene.

Not when I have heard this dope shit on YouTube!

How can I appreciate Lil'Wayne, Birdman, Waka Focka, etc...

  • they said year2000 would be the end of the world... well i guess it was just the end of rap

    90s 4 life

  • Lol the flow of most of all of the best 90's hip hop is legendary but check in all the videos how everybody doin allmost dance like moves with the flapping of the arms and shit and hand movement I guess it was all part of the 90's joint...the gear was better to with loose fitting clothes not this borderline homo tight fitted clothes they got now camo pants tims no karl kani though that shit was whack lmao!!

  • I really miss those days when MCs had rhyme skills...this new shit is soooo hard to swallow, and I really don't see what anybody likes about most of the New "Rappers"...Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane, Soulja Boy? (why is he even relevant) Wokka Flokka? sounds like Fozzie from the Muppets show...Wokka Wokka Wokka...
