The witch at the end yknow where she turns into an adorable chick was she Mitula? I don't remember Mitula being trapped in a woods like the witch says at the end that finally her wish has come true and she has been freed. Doesn't look a whole lot like her but she does have the two jewels..
I haven't played this game in a long ass time but missedwithtruestrike you're right, if I'm not mistaken if you waited out the time long enough after the jewel scene you had a final epic battle against all the bosses from the game. damn i miss this game, too bad no other rpg's have done that

Unlike in Shining Force 1, Promotion makes you stronger instantly here. In SF 1, you became weaker first. At least it's what i recall. Might be wrong though, haven't played this game for a long time.
in SF 1 you keep 75% of your stats upon promotion, however the game ignors the fact that you level 1 cuz of the promo, so you get mother loads of EXP again

There is an extra battle after you finished the game once. Just wait for a minute after you saw the two gems at the final part!

I loved that ending lol. Was like 11 when I saw it first though. Saw it about 12-15 times more after that, played the shit out of that game.

I liked Bowie's design but Max with the leather jacket and the more hard core look. Damn thats hard to beat that bad ass.

How did you go about sequencing the music? Did you start with midi materials or?
Interesting, though I prefer the original music a bit more. You should check out the orchestrated suite of this soundtrack. Its amazing.
