For what it's worth, when I made "Reefer Is My Friend" I didn't mean any disrespect whatsoever, to God, Jesus, Christians or the band that made the original - the delightful "Sonseed."

I became kind of hooked on this fun, catchy and rather silly Christian song and as I was going about my business in NYC, the "Reefer" words just started coming into my head. So I wrote them down and recorded them.
