Can someone tell me scientificlyif possible and with the ancient traditions of the ancient people of Bharat Varsha why many Avatars appeared in colors like RED, GREEN, YELLOW (golden), BLUE (midnight blue)? What do these colors represent what do they symbolyse to the ancient people of Bharat?
♦I preferably would like an answer from a person who belongs to Bharat Varsha and knows about their cultural heritage and not the interpretation of a westerner who recently adopted one of many religions and some traditions of the ancient people of Bharat!
@srikrishnajay respects, but to worry about "from Bharat" or not is material thinking. You seem to be asking your q. of aspiring followers of Sri Caitanya. Well, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu of Bharat Varsha says in siksastakam verse 1 that chanting Krsna's name is the way to get out of the *conditional* *material* concept of life, the cycle of birth + death. We are eternal souls, not bodies - "dehino smin yatha dehe..." from verse 14 of chpt. 2 of the Bhagavad Gita.
@srikrishnajay As for the avatar colors, the Supreme Personality is the Supreme Enjoyer; this is said in the bhakti-rasamrta sindhu. He can be any color he likes. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu specifically is Krsna taking on mood + golden color of Radhika, His dearmost beloved, so He can experience + preach love of God.
As for Krsna's blue color and others, here, please scroll down and read the explanations of verses from SB (Srimad Bhagavatam):
As pouring water on the root of a tree energizes the trunk, branches, twigs and everything else; simply by worshipping Lord Krishna through devotional service, automatically satisfies the demigods. Take care. Haribol.
By chanting the Hare Krishna mantra one will automatically develop all good qualities like absence of false prestige and concern that time should not be wasted. Take care. Haribol.
Pure devotees are in full knowledge and are always engaged in unalloyed devotional service and are very dear to the Supreme Personality of Godhead Lord Krishna. Take care. Haribol.
Thanks a million, this is my most favourite kirtan so far, i shared with hundreds of devotees this video clip... may Krishna Gaur-Nitai bless the singer and all participating delotees. thanks for sharing this kirtan. So devotional !!!!

Our whole spiritual life develops from our chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra, like a big tree which grows out of a seed. Take care. Haribol.
