That looks delicious! I've tried a pork shoulder cooked in a CookShack elecrtric smoker oven using apple wood chunks. Soaking the pork in apple juice and onions for at least 24 hours before smoking adds complexity to the final flavors. Then I mix the pulled pork with my BBQ Sauce for Amateurs and voila! the best pulled pork sandwich in Silicon Valley. Hope you'll take a look. Thanks for a great video!
great! first I have seen with reusing the juices!!!! awesome tip for smoker newbies like myself. What did you fail to do the first time that you did this time that made it pull like you wanted? would be great to know!!! Thanks and nice job. I'm hungry!
I have a Treager Jr. and I am not the greatest cook , your video of the pulled pork inspired me and I just came back with a nice pork shoulder butt. I love my Treager, it is great to cook on in the summer months when the outside temps are 115°, I don't have to heat up my kitchen. One question, did you add any liquid and if so what? Keep the videos coming, cook something else.
I am considering buyiny one of these units and I think the one your using is the one I am looking at.Would you mind letting me know which unit you have and the price.I have a dealer that wants to sell me one like your for just over 900 after taxes ?
