Hey everybody - I just released my solo album "Mirror Image" that contains electronic upbeat and ambient songs heavily inspired by The Future Sound of London. If you're interested you can check out the songs on my youtube page, and links to my myspace page and places to download the full album are on my youtube channel as well :) .
@Struckgold I know what you mean bro. Went to this epic party...92. I was taking a break with my peeps when the Dj began to mix Paupa New Guinea into the mix... I knew we all had to go back on the floor and kick it. The Fog machine was rolling out what looked liked ghosts, The atmosphere was happy, and everyone had smiles, all dressed up in costumes and funky aparel the green and blue lasers manuevering through the fog in crazy patterns. I stopped for a moment, and jsut listened! EPIC...
@terrasidius 1991 was one of the best years... I love the music now.. maybe its age.. LOL but dang.. whenever that song came out it was soo beautiful.. even without the red or blue pill.... Everybody seemed so happy... not alot of badshit then.
Props to those that remember the original times!!
Wow...I was there for the Orlando parties. And YES this was PLAYED for sure!
I remember partying at Barbarella's until closing, then a going to a warehouse with a hole ripped through a wall for everyone to enter through..Then leaving at 6am to go to school in Tampa. GOOD TIMES!
totall inspired class!!!!.if fsol only made this track they would still be worshipped like the gods that they are.try isdn if you like your music original.
I live in Vancouver, Canada. Sometimes radio stations here play it on the "Old School Lunch" segment of the show and the college radio stations play it too from time to time.
Does anyone remember another video that FSOL made for this tune? There was crosswords and puzzles floating in the video. It doesn't seem to be posted on Youtube, and MTV used to play it. It is not the version with the flowers floating in it.
Gobsmackingly good. It *still* sounds like music from the future.

If ever there was an anthem for dance music, as a whole, then this is the tune.

Where do you live where you hear this on the radio? I would absolutely kill to hear this some time... or blissfully wreck my car, one or the other
