Master Of Puppets Solo Cover [HQ]

Sick cover dude! I wanna ask a question about the first section of the solo, (i am done with the first solo which was too easy compared to the second) do i just pick every note or do hammer on/pull off's instead? Because it's way too fast and i'm confused.

(Btw i'm talking about the section which goes 17-12 on high E and 13-12-13 on B)

@Imst92 Oh yeah! The "squeal" that Dimebag Darrell is most known for... You push the tremolo down, then hit a harmonic, then pull the tremolo up. With practice you will get faster :)

Sweet man, definitely among the top 3 covers I've seen, and I've seen a LOT ! I'm currently learning the solo, and was wondering about your technique with the tremolo picking. Do you pick it in triplets, as in 3 notes, or do you pick the last note twice? Thanks, and cheers ;)

I take it you're talking about the tremolo picking that starts around 12 seconds? If so, no I don't pick in it triplets because in that part there are 4 picks to each note. BBBB, AAAA, GGGG and so on. It is faster than if you were to go for triplets. I just pick each note 4 times, alternate picking up down up down... Or else, if you're a tab guy: (All on the 1st string) 19-19-19-19- 17-17-17-17- 15-15-15-15- 14-14-14-14- 17-17-17-17- 15-15-15-15- 14-14-14-14- Hope that helped!

Both harmonics are on the G string, the first one is over the 6th fret and the second harmonic is between the 2nd and 3rd frets.
