It's a choice if people want to voluntarily mutilate their faces but I've got to say this. If they actually knew how awful they looked after the damage is done. If you're not born with full lips it is not a good look and most people look like ducks once that have this procedure. Tanning actually tans the skin and turns it into leather over time and smoking also drys out the skin. I have yet to see major cosmetic surgery that actually looked natural.
