It's just Marathon, Marathon is the first first person shooter (FPS) ever made for Mac, Bungie made it a long time ago in it's early years after starting the company. you can look it up on the internet. but a decent amount of references are made to marathon in the halo series.

i would say that scream is probably because of being hit hard enough to knock the Chiefs helmet off, and then regaining consciousness when there are bombs and explosions coming down all around you, the ringing in his ears is probably what it is. they probably wanted a dramatic effect added as a transfer from looking at the little girl to having bombs go off beside you. ya know, little girl is to screaming, as explosions are to ears ringing.

Bungie never said who that girl is in the video, but both kids are most likely spartans, im guessing that the boy is john and the girl is linda, since kelly was always taller than john and that girl looks smaller than the boy. as for cortanna, the blue face that flickers in and out of the video in a few places, that is cortanna. and yes i have heard of marathon, i own it.
