  • We've already had our 28 days later. The riots.

  • cult classic. 28 days & weeks later.

  • @NuteGunray94 Go and read 28 Days Later: Aftermath which takes place before and during 28 Days Later. Also the series 28 Days Later where it takes place after 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later up to the outbreak in Paris. The latter follow Selena and you find out what happens to Jim and Hannah as well. It is considered cannon.

  • I want to see a 2 days later, i want to see what happened to Britain During the outbreak

  • @triangleshapedcheese Then read the ghrapic novel?

  • @TeamFruit Dont You watch the fairly odd parents? Readings for squares x)

  • @TeamFruit wrd the graphic novel was so... GRAPHICALLy AMAZING!!!!

  • @TeamFruit so i got recommended to do a cover of this song. to read a comment that i thought of with a recommendation that Im going to follow up on. Recomenception?!?!

  • @triangleshapedcheese they would have to call it 28 hours later but that is a good idea or they should make a 28 months later after during the infection that happens in france at the end of 28 weeks

  • @capcomfan2010 Well I heard that it was gonna be called 28 Months Later, in Russia. But due to stupid arguments with the producers they're postponing it for as long as they can.

  • @triangleshapedcheese Tony Blair called George Bush in order to inform of the outbreak and then he asked if was somehow related to Al-Qaeda

  • @MrsRatched What actually happened to Blair in the story? Does he become Infected or does he die, or is he simply one of the first people to leave the country?

  • @Korincus I would like to think that he'd been infected (fun at 10, Downing Street) but I think he's left the country, just after the queen and all the family

  • @MrsRatched Heh, real timeline:

Day One - Monkeys unleashed at Cambridge, dozens of Infected university students.

Day Two - Epidemic - university students running wild round East Anglia

Day Eight - Army called in to combat East Anglia

Day Nine - Infected Army soldiers

Day Fifteen - Queen Elizabeth leaves Britain, goes to Scotland, escapes from Scottish Infected, flies to America with the Royal Family

Day Eighteen - Blair leaves England

    Day Twenty-eight - Devastation

  • @triangleshapedcheese well watch 28 weeks later ;)

  • @triangleshapedcheese surely itd be called 28 hours later

  • @triangleshapedcheese 28 HOURS Later it should be called

  • @triangleshapedcheese What happened to Britain during the Outbreak?

SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! (GRRRRRRRRR, GRRRRRRRRRRR, GRRRRRRRRR) WHAT? WHAT? WTF? (CORPSES SLUMPING ON FLOOR) (GRRRRRRRRRR, GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, I HATE YOU!!!) (From the Infected who can speak) (GRRRR, GRRRR, GRRR, ARMY BULLETS) (BOMBS) Tony Blair: WTF IS HAPPENING TO MY COUNTRY YOU FUCKING AMERICANS??? George Bush: Calm down you bastard Al-Qaeda have nothing to do with it! (Blair is evacuated) 28 Days Later: GRRRRR - Nuff said

  • @ScarisClaudius Don't forget the military napalming half the country and organizing a massive coverup :)

  • i would love see a 28 Day Later V2 made with all the cutting room floor stuff. You could go so much deeper into the relationships between Selena, Jim, Hannah, Frank, and into where they came from, and what they did before infection hit. They could have had many more cool adventures in the Taxi.

  • @Guitarwizard Totally agree, there should be a series made along very similar lines. If not based on 28 Days Later, then the original Dawn of The Dead.

  • this is the best movie and music ever ever ever....

  • Hellllooooooo!?!!?!

  • omg im in love with the Violin

  • I love how it gets slow and sounds sad, but then it gets fast and sounds epic.

  • I play DeadFronteir and listen to this at the same time fitting.

  • 7 resident evil fans hate 28 days later.

  • @MrDarkone707 So you keep on finding it over and over for all eternity? Awesome. ;P

  • *SPIOLER* This is when Jim discovers london was deserted.

  • Comment removed

  • Walking around setting car alarms off, pocketing money left on the floor and waking the infected in the church....that's Jim.

This is my #1 favorite movie of all time!

  • this song is actually by the band "godspeed you black emperor" but same name btw

  • @omishman123 Uhm.... I know the song is by "Godspeed you black emperor."

  • @TeamFruit im just letting people know who wrote it in that they may better themselves with the people that made it

  • @TeamFruit Would be nice if that was in the description so others could know. I wouldn't have if I didn't read his comment.

  • @TeamFruit Then why not put that in the title..

and you should know that this song was never actually on the Original Soundtrack. So the title is wrong anyway..

  • @joepbailey stop nitpicking. the song didn't appear on the OST because GYBE doesn't want to be attached to anything major or mainstream. it did however play in the film. listing it as he did gives people who are unfamiliar with the band an easier way to find this track.

  • @runts101 .. I'm not nit picking. I was just suggesting actually putting Godspeed You! Black Emperor in the title... and people could find it if they entered, "Godspeed you Black Emperor - East Hastings (28 Days Later)"... then it obviously educates the listener on who the actual band is. at the moment people are oblivious to the fact it's Godspeed.. but maybe I am picking haha

    also

putting OST in the title is a bit misleading and could spur people to buy it expecting it to feature this song.

  • @TeamFruit yeah he's just making sure everyone else does too.

  • Amazing song, amazing soundtrack, amazing movie.

  • hello!!??

  • I reckon the main thing that made 28 Days Later sooooo good was it had a great soundtrack to emphasise the mood. In A Heartbeat is just pure genious and fits with that scene so well

  • Beautiful

  • love this movie! and this song is pure gold:)

  • song plays... when looking around for alone? Right?

  • @degrees40201 Yup.

  • Damn! I searched it so long, because i didn't finded it on the official soundtrack cd

  • 1:40 - 2:00 was my fav part

  • doesn't this music play when he's running around looking for people, or is this when he's first being chased out of the church by the infected?

  • @CDBigShow yup

  • @CDBigShow both

  • Comment removed

  • @CDBigShow Yeah, it's when he left the hospital and looking for people

  • Subscribe to me and message me to learn how to get East Hastings for free as an MP3.

  • Tabs pls !!!

  • awesome song!

  • Wort thing in 28 weeks is that they made children in the center.

I would make the soldier guy to the center position of the film. They pretty fucked it up!

  • This movie is the best zombie movie ever created. 28 weeks later is a shit.

    SPOILER:

In 28 weeks, they made big mistakes. The whole film don't have this feeling what the 28 days later had. It's just a typical american action-horror film. -.-

I hope they will make movies like 28 days...! GO!

  • @Kicsur Amen, 28 Weeks didnt use the same camera style they used in Days, with the angles and the darkness and what not, I still like the 28 Weeks story I just dont like how they did it, there was always too much people in every scene, I would have preferred the 2 kids and Scarlet to have to make their way somewhere alone, and most of the music was shit if i recall(in 28 weeks)

  • @joepescifromcasino thats because it had a different director

  • @aplayaz2000 figures

  • @Kicsur well... 28 months later should come out in 2011 AND IT'S MADE BY DANNY BOYLE :D

the guy who made 28 days.. Should be awesome, cant wait

  • @IMnotFATbutUare Apparently it isnt going to happen. Boyle said he will only make it if everyone who made 28 days later will work with him, and several of those people refuse to even speak to each other for whatever reason.

  • @daleio16 I refuse to believe you... I WILL have my 28 months later

  • @Kicsur its from a spanish director...dont blame the U.S. :P

  • @Kicsur

    High FIVE!!

thank god someone agrees with me,i hate that eye shit also.

  • @Kicsur They made a great mistake by adding children..

  • @Bottebuh they made a great mistake just green-lighting that script. 28 WEEKS Later was rubbish.

  • @DarkDoorFilms Agreed!

  • @Kicsur it was made by a spanish director.......not american...

  • @Kicsur Some mexican dude directed weeks....ruined it.

  • @DaylanDeAngelo It was spanish actually...

You know, Mexico is in America, and Spain is in Europe...

  • @Kicsur erhm... its not zombie movie but rage virus infected ppl movie, cause zombies r different. i dont want to write about it cause im lazy. read max brooks's zombie survival guide. over

  • @Carsu12 if you're a fan of George Romero's original zombie mythos and science than following Max Brook's 'Zombie Survival Guide' is a sure-fire way to get yourself killed in a (hypothetical) zombie outbreak.

  • @Kicsur

please britain do 28 months later :)

  • @Kicsur Agreed on what you say about 28 weeks later.

However, neither 28 days or weeks are zombie movies -_- .

Did you actually watch the movie ?

  • @Kicsur Both of them was made in the UK :\

  • @Kicsur Yeah, most movies made in the UK are good. Like some people say "Our brothers across the pond"

  • @Kicsur Your right dude, 28 days had this feeling that sucked you in and didin't let go! as where 28 weeks was just eh shoot this shoot that typical action horror film

  • @FallenAngelH3 28 days later, particuarly in the scene when they got out of the city, and they were sleeping and seeing the horses, I new something bad was going to happen at some point, and I wanted to turn it off... but... It had a kind of sick fascination for me and I had to see who died next. So sick. But so unbeleivably well made.

Weeks was sadly lacking in that department. I could have turned it off any time I wanted. Days though, I missed two hours of studying because I couldnt pause.

  • @Lastofalter Yeah very true, days just had this feeling that you wanted to keep watching you wanted to see what was going to happen to the characters you actually cared about them, and the scene where frank turns into an infected and gets shot it was just so sad...

in weeks you already knew the two were going to survive it was very predictable it went more toward the action genre more than the horror that was the big mistake

  • @Kicsur 28 weeks was great until the dad became a zombie

  • @dkkoover Agreed, i felt like the movie ended for me when he died. They like made him the main character then wrote him off....wtf

  • @Kicsur Being american, I was ashamed of 28 Weeks later, until I found out it has a Spaniard director.

  • @Kicsur 28 days later had actors we will never hear of again. (Except the guy who gets infected at the end)

28 weeks later had messed up on some details.

Overall, 28 weeks later was more interesting. They may buggerized the story here and there but they had a good choice of actors and knew what gore was.

  • @PrinceOfDarkness111

Huh? What are you talking about? Cillian Murphy and Brendan Gleeson are fuckin brilliant.

  • @Vogelfrei777 Maybe it's just because they are british. They sure know how to look bad.

  • @PrinceOfDarkness111

    Again. Huh?

  • @PrinceOfDarkness111 dude the main character in 28 days later is a pretty well known actor.

  • @Kicsur well what can you expect from a sequel directed by someone else instead of danny boyle? it wasnt mean to be as great as the first one -_________-

  • This track was dropped from the OST, they changed it slightly for the film from the original East Hastings by Godspeed you black emperor. It's a shame really, I only got the OST for this track. The only part of the film that made me jump was the car alarm.

  • @cujomojo2007 ya this film focused on psychological fear instead of cheap jump scares that is why its so scary and still remains a good movie. unlike many American made horror movie.

  • @jerico36024 yeah these are the best horror films.

  • such an amazing song. listen to the full length version its on youtube

  • i live near East Hastings street

    the subject of this song.

    alot of junkies and prostitutes

  • reminds me of silent hill music , thats another thing silent hill and this movie have in common their both very atmospheric

  • @shadow6543 Funny I was thinking the same thing. I been playing the games as well as watching both movies. Akira Yamaoka(composer of silent hills music) and John Murphy are very similar.

  • I have To say this part of the movie used to annoy the fuck out of me where he would keep shouting hello!!! and walking around london then when i looked back at this song and that part it became my favorite part of the movie the movie is great the sound track is amazing thank u sir for the upload

  • What a fucking tune!

  • Beautiful.

  • I just finished with the entire 18 minute song and all I gotta say is when you listen to it it screws with your head like it puts you in deeper thought

  • This is so powerful. It's climactic. Beautiful.

  • I've been looking for this song....for a while..and you're right this is not in the "official soundtrack"...thanks for upload it...

    20 minutes long? wow

  • the 28 days later soundtrack is somewhat different, it features 21 tracks of which 18 are composed by Boyle himself. Mainly consisting of post-rock influenced short tunes that symbolise key moments in the film. Taking his inspiration from such bands as Mogwai and Godspeed you! Black Emperor whos song East Hastings from the F#OO#A album features in the film, but unfortunately doesnt feature on the soundtrack due to being 20 minutes long.

    Copy-pasted from amazone(dot)co(dot)uk

  • this is a shortened version of the song..the full song is like 10 min. long, but this is the cathartic moment halfway through the rest is just buildup

  • WHY have I never listened to this before?

    It's amazing.

  • @gigglexsnort

You've been deprived up to this very moment.

Congratulations on being fulfilled like the rest of us ;).

  • Awsome song

  • you have just said our species, not any relation to a sexual orientation, you need to say hetrosexual, homosexual, asexual....blah blah blah, you got thumbs down for misleading people

  • MrENGLAND1994 stfu u gay fag we are talking about a song not any of your gay shit u fag

  • oh man...if you don't like the song don't listen to it!

  • It is. I don't really know shit about movie production at all, but if I had to assume why low budget has as many pros as it often does, I'm guessing that there's less cripting and alot more room for imrpovisation from the actors and the directors alike. Everything probably isn't as strictly planned out as it would be as when thousands of dollars are poured into it, but again, I don't really know shit.

  • Know what pisses me off? When people say that the soundtrack sucks. Brian Eno is in the soundtrack. Brian Eno!! Hello!!

  • Comment removed

  • Here's what I think:

I don't give a flying fuck what you think because whether you're right or wrong, you made yourself out to be a pretentious cunt.

I wouldn't say I fell in love with the soundtrack but I did appreciate the ambience and the atmosphere that it created in the movie accordingly.

I resorted to YouTube for this song specifically because I wanted to know it's title and I commented because I fuckin' felt like it.

I knew that Brian Eno was a part of the soundtrack because I was

  • already a fan of Eno's music before I even saw this movie and I recognized the track in it. So, any more assumtions?

Here's what I think about you:

    Not a damned thing.

  • i think he did do that. XD

are you a stalker or are you a phycic?

  • Stalker for sure :D

  • hmm what is that man doing right now then? :D
