You can assume it works as much as you want and that it saves energy, when everybody knows it doesn't do poppy-squat. Mad Matt might have the fastest feet in the world, but if he doesn't play them in the right way, then you cannot call him that.

Well, if you watch the video, you're stomachs moving when you breathe, not your chest. Alot of people generally breathe by extending their chest (because that's how we're incorrectly taught to breathe as little kids).

It also says alot about how fit you are - If you breathe like that and still have abs you're obviously in top form.

They both have a TON of flaws. It's completely subjective but it is obvious that ITG is more challenging. Kevin has 1 on FELM Oni and he has only tristarred V2 once. Pluto Relinquish could be easy if he played it a bit as well.
