This video makes me so sad. Since I saw Glenn when I was 5 and the moon landings at 12. And now we are giving up??? Still have my scrapbook with the origanal clippings from the front pages of the local paper, :(
this program was falling years behind schedule and was insanely over budget. It left no resources to advance in other areas.. and all it did was put us back to the moon, a place we have already been multiple times. Why spend so much money to reinvent all these machines and do the same thing we did in the 70's? Let private companies do the routine, let NASA do things we have never done before.
@pcgeekamd you know what this program was fucking failing and too expensive, and for your info, he cancelled this program so he can start promoting commercial space industris so know your facts and you rot in hell.
We're gonna do it, man. The debt? Buddy, we got the bombs, ain't no collection man gonna wanna mess with that shit. So, screw the debt, let's go to the moon.
I would like to live long enough to see NASA put man back on the moon. But given the Economic situation and a seemingly insurmountable national debt, that will come to bite this country in the ass in due time, I am having serious doubt about that. Maybe China, Russia, or Europe will have moon landings within my lifetime though.
Too Bad Obama pretty much flushed the whole thing away with this morning's breakfast.

Nasa should go to the moon.. russia must go to the moon, india, china, esa..
the space colonization can develop only if it happen in large stile.
if USA would do it alone, than the program will die like apollo
