My mistake, it is V-fib, I am not sure what I was thinking when I wrote my previous comment. Sorry about that. What scares me is how long they waited to attach the AED.
Looks like at 4:46 when the bottom says "Check Patient" the ECG shown turns from ventricular fibrillation to asystole (flat-line), then another shot of an AED with the v-fib ECG comes in.

Its Ventricular Tachicardia. Ventricular fibrillation would show a rapid heart rhythm and much smaller, much more jagged lines on the ECG.
