Ch.Zaffarullah khan sahib did attend funeral meeting of Qaid but not say namaz-e-janaza bcz.the namaz was led by a moulvi whose beliefs made Ch. sahib kafir(or non muslim).2ndly to say prayers, fast or have different beliefs r purely religious matters which should be discussed in different context.
