  • The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints does teach about Him and our desperate need for Him. This video talks about Christ's atoning sacrifice and how to become more like him. True, it is spoken by a leader of the LDS (Mormon) Church, however, this message is for everyone, Mormon or not Mormon, because we could all become more Christ-like. I'm glad you understand the need for Christ in our lives, because more people could use that same understanding.

  • I am not LDS but I have many friends who are. One who is extremely dear to me told me to watch this and I am so greatful that they did. It was what I needed to hear right now in my life. :)

  • Well Lillovebuzz4

Glad you enjoyed this video too like the rest of us...I 'm glad your LDS friend also pointed you to this LDS video and that one day (hopefully soon) you will take the time to learn more about Christ's church from our missionaries - you have a Heavenly Father who loves you VERY much and a saviour who died for you because of HIS love for you.

    Have a great day

    John

  • I think this is wise advice - regardless of religion. It is beautifully presented and totally uplifting. I am grateful I saw it, and plan on watching it again!

  • Amazing

  • I watch this everyday to start my day for the last 90 days, it has replaced my negative thoughts with clear positive ones. Incredible council for us all.

  • Do you have a soul?

  • actually it sounds like the gospel of Jesus Christ...

  • big difference... you don't get the peace an validations from a horoscope that you do from the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • tell me just how exactly the word peace is vague?

  • when you think the word peace is so complicated yes I would like you to provide YOUR definition. the word has never held any great mystery to me, and several others I know.

well if you think 'peace' is a complicated word I can understand how you may feel this conversation boring. if you can take something that simple, and make it that difficult your life must run in constant turmoil.

  • Comment removed

  • I think you are just dodging the question, and nothing to do with being bored.

  • I addressed your concern (like the good missionary I am), but that's beside the point...you're not allowed to argue with my personal revelation sweet pea, it says we're done. So be gone.

  • what you are saying is no more than what you are saying.

What I mean is, what you are saying could aslo be interpreted in many ways. It doesn't just happen with religious messages but with any way of communication that is not the holy ghost.

    anyway, I love devotionals!!

  • say what...? Goooooo devotionals!

  • This is wonderful to watch and has lifted me immensly

  • Elder Busche spoke at the MTC while I was there. He is an amazing individual with a profound testimony. His talk has always stuck with me. Thanks for the post!

  • This is just so beautiful. Not only are the words of advice so tender and wise, but the photos and artistic choice for presenting Elder Busche's talk is masterful. Thank you

  • We do BELIEVE that CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY! Book of Mormon, Alma 34:5-9 "And we have beheld that the great question which is in your minds is whether the word be in the Son of God, or whether there shall be no ChristFor it is expedient that an atonement should be made; for according to the great plan of the Eternal God there must be an atonement made, or else all mankind must unavoidably perish;all are fallen and are lost, and must perish except it be through the atonement"

  • Unfortunately, you as many before you have been mislead. We LDS believe that Christ is the ONLY way to return to our Heavenly Fathers presence and eternal salvation. Perhaps some independent study would help you learn of others rather than spewing untruths. Try reading

  • Simple advice, profound implications. Success depends on applying the Gospel of Christ to our own lives and that of our families. May God watch over and protect us all in our own honest and righteous endeavors!

  • this likes motivates me to be good and like tells me why we are here on earth.

  • When I was an angry, troubled teenager, struggling with my own testimony, Elder Busche came to our stake. I was studying German at the time and wanted to meet him. Before the meeting, I shyly spoke to him a few moments in German. When Elder Busche rose to speak, he smiled and greeted us all in a tender, cheerful, loving way. Then, to my surprise, he looked me in the eye, and spoke directly to me in German. I don't remember what he said but I have never forgotten the love of God that I felt

  • Everyonr should watch this. It answers so many questions ad fells you with the sprit:hope, love and so much more! thank you for posting!

  • I too would love a DVD of this, if anyone knows if it's available. What a wonderful resource for all of us in our lives. :)

  • Wonderful! How can I buy a copy of this video?

  • Please share this with others who are not of the LDS faith. There is so much hate and twisting of truths out there! We need to stand together and testify of Christ and His church! This is such an uplifting video. I love Elder Busche's advice in this.
