It looks to me like she was doing a review on the Smart ForTwo Electric Drive and not electric cars in general. The Smart's brakes are like that in the regular Smart so it really just drives like a regular Smart.
Finally more evs on the road its been a long time coming, now all they need to do is make the range last 200 miles, enable a recharge of 15 mins and sell it at around the same price of a mid size sedan (20,000-35,000). That would spell the beginning of the end for the combustion engine.
Sorry I can't watch anything Obama endorses, or lies about.
