if you want to not disrespect the artists, you should credit their work ie. list their names and the websites where they display their work. and you can avoid copyright infringement by asking the artists' permission before reposting their work. I realize I'm being a little hypocritical as I've been enjoying illegally uploaded music on Youtube all day. but giving exposure to a band, with the name, is one thing..reposting artwork without giving the artists credit (or publicity) is a bit different.
