Sorry, I actually saw the television show revealing it's a helicopter. The main light mass is the cockpit and the flashing light is the rotor on top. They even super-imposed an image of the helicopter over the light display and it fit like a charm. And yes, a team in that helicopter model was out on a survey in that particular area that very same night. coincidence?

I've seen footage of a saucer embedded in russian ground at an angle. Behind it, trees hundred of feet high (this was in a forest). Yet, no trees showed any damage and by the angle of the craft it would have crashed into them.
