i'd estimate 17 hours on dual core 2 ghz with 1 gb of ram.

how much on a quad core 2.5Ghz with 4Gb of RAM?

depends on how many threads you set it to render on, if you allow all 4 threads (all 4 cores) then about 6-9 hours, if C2Q Q6600, if phenom 9500BE about 9-10 hours.
