  • Thanks I'm having my car converted this Thursday 10th Nov 11. At petrol at £6. Gallon with LPG at £3.20p a gallon. I will be be more than happy to start on journeys I would be doing journeys for pleasure again

  • thanks for the vid, HUGE help to a novice who just bought a ulp/lpg car

  • looks like alcatraz and make verry bobbery

  • What is the distance can 1 litter of LPG takes you?

  • @Athrunwong you use about 25% more lpg than you do normal unleaded. so it works out alot cheaper.

For example, unleaded is about $1.40 in sydney australia, but lpg is $0.60.

when you factor in the extra 25% of lpg you use, it means you spend $0.75 on lpg to go the same distance as $1.40 of unleaded fuel.

  • is there any in middlesbrough

  • @littlematty123 Where in Boro are you from ?

  • noiseey ait it, lol

  • haha xD 1. In new zealand we pay $1.33 per litre 2. he should have saftey gloves on when releasing the handle at the end 3. when filling it pays not to use electrical equiptment near the lpg pump (camera for example) and 4. someone should really look at that pump o_O its the noisest thing ive ever heard! xD at my work you not here a thing while filling :-P

  • Your right jess,it is damn noisey. Certain types of pumps are louder than others but it doesnt help when the tanks are on steel frames because it amplifies the noise when the pump bypass's. The gun he is using is a gasgaurd type gun which means you dont have to wear gloves with that gun, others you do. Your right about the camera too, onless its intrinsicly safe it shouldn't be used. I only know this because Im an lpg engineer, its my job,Im just a little bored right now haha.

  • @guitarchugga lpg Engineer I have just bought my first lpg car and it has no paperwork for the lpg conversion and also you can start on petrol and it switches to gas ok but if you flick between the 2 fuels when the engine is running the car misfires and you have to take the battery off, been back to the seller and told get get lost any advice please on what to do where to take the car

  • this is a dutch plug
